EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY: No returns or cancelations.
Items can not be returned, refunded, or exchanged - unless the item arrives damaged. It is very unlikley to happen during shipping but it is possible, in this particular case an exchange would be possible. Please make sure you inspect and check for any damage before accepting the package from the delivery company.
SHIPPING: Your order will ship thru DHL,UPS or FedEx. Turn around time will depend on your location. We are not responsible for any damage caused during delivery, but your order includes insurance (with the delivery company) and tracking number, as mentiones above an exchange is also possible in the case it arrives damaged. For International Orders, buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes. We are not liable for delays due to Customs.
